Assessment of Other Research

Assessments of past research in this area are given in the Thoughtventions papers Techniques in Cryostabilized Additive Concentration and Cryostabilized Energetic Chemical Propellants. The basic conclusion is that efforts in this area were inappropriately abandonned due to problems with relatively high energy deposition, but there appear to be routes to cryostabilized high atomic species concentrations using concentration techniques or very low energy deposition.
