The World is getting Dryer AND Wetter!

How can it be doing both? Some areas are getting drier, some wetter!

Some examples:

Dryer!

•     The American Southwest is getting dryer, more fires, more droughts.

  

  Wetter!

•     The American South is getting wetter as warmth evaporates more water from the gulf and dumps it on land.

  

•     This is happening all over the world as Climate Change affects global weather patterns.
