Thoughtventions Heat Treat Services

Thoughtventions Unlimited offers heat treating services that eliminate the need for you to purchase expensive equipment. The following heat treating parameters are available:

• Air heat treatment to 1600°C.
• Graphite furnace heat treatment to 2000°C, inert gas or vacuum.
• Tungsten furnace heat treatment to 2000°C, inert gas or vacuum.
• Transparent furnace testing to 700°C.
• Small samples; generally less than 50mm diameter, 100mm long.

Water quench from 1800°C.
